What is your most favorite movie?

I know it is really hard to pick one among numerous "candidates."
In my case, I had to think for a while to pick my most favorite movie
among hundreds of films I have watched.
My candidates were as follows;

Serendipity (2001), Directed by Peter Chelsom
Village (2004), Directed by M. Night Shyamalan
The Mist (2007), Directed by Frank Darabont
Signs (2002), Directed by M. Night Shyamalan
The Man from Earth (2007), Directed by Richard Schenkman
School of Rock (2003), Directed by Richard Linklater
Devil's Advocate (1997), Directed by Taylor Hackford
Memento (2000), Directed by Christopher Nolan
Training Day (2001), Directed by Antoine Fuqua
A River Runs Through It (1992), Directed by Robert Redford
American History X (1998), Directed by Tony Kaye
The God Father (1972), Directed by Francis Ford Coppola
The Dark Knight (2008), Directed by Christopher Nolan
Among hundreds of films I have watched so far, the above films were selected as
"candidates" to be picked as my most favorite film.
After an in-depth consideration, I finally picked "A River Runs Through It"
as my most favorite film because it was the most touching film and had
the most well-developed story among other candidates.
